WarrantyReturn Policy
All Seat Covers from are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for one (1) year from date-of-sale to the retail customer if cleaning instructions are followed (see below). This limited guarantee applies to the first retail purchaser only and excludes normal wear and color lightening. 

Liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective item. Any other expressed or implied warranty, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness, is limited to one year from date of purchase. Some states do not allow exclusion of consequential damages or limitations on implied warranties, so the above restrictions may not apply to you.

To request repair or replacement of a defective item, please return merchandise to West Coast Sheepskin; items must be accompanied by a sales invoice.

This limited guarantee gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Washing your Sheepskin

Sheepskin must be dry cleaned.

Sheepskin should not be cleaned with regular wool or leather cleaning chemicals. It must be cleaned with a non-immersion cleaning process using a dry or semi-dry cleaning powder composition. Heat should not be utilized during cleaning process.

You may notice a slight smell for several days after installation of your sheepskin. Excessive moisture introduced during tanning will evaporate from the sheepskin until its moisture content equates to the surrounding relative humidity. The aroma comes from this evaporation and will disappear within a few weeks. Be patient and keep your windows ajar when your vehicle is parked.

Cleaning instructions must be followed explicitly for product to remain within the limits of the guarantee.

Universal and Stock Items

Universal and stock items can be returned for exchange or refund within 90 days of purchase.

On these items the purchaser must pay all freight charges, including charges incurred when shipping items back to West Coast Sheepskin. Returns will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

Custom Fit and Tailor-Made Items

West Coast Sheepskin guarantees the fit, quality and workmanship of all custom seat covers one year from date of purchase. Any warranty concerns or errors by the manufacturer will be corrected at no cost to the purchaser. However, due to the custom-made nature of these products, Custom and Tailor-Made items are not returnable for refund or exchange.

Claims of non-fit must be verified; customers are asked to send in a photo (digital or otherwise) showing the specifics of any error in fit. Any fit concerns will be corrected and the product will be returned to the purchaser.

Please note that incorrect installation of seat covers can result in an improper fit. Customers may be advised to seek professional expertise as to their seat cover installation if they are unable to install the seat covers themselves.
